PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for measuring the quantity of a bacterium-CWS (cell wall skeleton) active ingredient and evaluating the titer. SOLUTION: This method for analyzing the biological activity of the bacterium-cell wall skeleton ingredient (hereinafter referred to as bacterium-CWS) is characterized by comprising the following processes (1) and (2). (1) The process for bringing the bacterium-CWS into contact with a cell originated from mammalian marrow.
