PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately operate defrosting without using a dedicated sensor. SOLUTION: A housing chamber 18 is cooled by operation of a refrigerator, and when a temperature sensor part of a temperature detecting unit detects the lower limit set temperature, the refrigerator is turned off. When temperature inside of a storehouse rises with a stop of operation of the refrigerator and the temperature sensor part detects the upper limit set temperature, the refrigerator is turned on. Temperature inside of the storehouse is maintained within a set temperature range by repeating the described cycle. When the temperature sensor part is directly cooled by frost adhered to the surface of the inside of a cooler 24 and the temperature sensor part detects a defrosting temperature, defrosting operation is done. When the temperature sensor part detects the upper limit set temperature again, the normal control operation is started again. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
