PURPOSE: An integrated LCD fabricating line and a method for fabricating an LCD by using the same are provided to minimize the installation space of LCD fabricating lines and remove redundant lines for both TFT substrates and C/F substrates, wherein automatic panel or substrate conveying lines between the lines are not necessary any more. CONSTITUTION: An integrated LCD fabricating line includes the first and second lines integrated with each other. The first line includes an orientation film forming line, a rubbing line, a spacer scattering line, a sealant doping line, and joining and cutting line, wherein the spacer scattering line is for TFT substrates only and the others are used for both of the TFT substrates and C/F substrates. The second line includes a polishing line, an liquid crystal implantation line, and a test line. At least one or more buffer lines are provided between the respectively lines to synchronize the TFT substrates and the C/F substrates by storing the TFT or C/F substrates for a predetermined time, so that the interference between the TFT and C/F substrates caused by the temporal difference is prevented.
