<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a player which enables the reduction of mechanical noise with a simple configuration. <P>SOLUTION: Almost the whole of a hook part 71 is covered with cushion material 71b made of an elastomer such as rubber and a shock when a driving pawl 66a4 of a rotary pick 66 is brought into contact with a hook part 71 is absorbed. An elastic sheet 78 is adhered to the surface of the cam part 76 side of a cam spring 75 and the shock on the contacting between the cam spring 75 and the cam surface 76a is absorbed. The upper and lower cushion parts 72, 73 which are brought into contact with the hook part 71 going back and forth and a plunger 70 and regulate the positions of the upper limit and the lower limit are made of the elastomer such as rubber and absorb a shock on the contacting.
