<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a healthy drinking water capable of proving that it has a high solubility action to an oily compound such as cholesterol or the like. <P>SOLUTION: When the healthy drinking water is manufactured, a water injection process S1, which injects drinking water from a drinking water source in a water tank 1 as a raw material SO using a water injection means 1a, is provided, and a porous carbonized solid member 2 is arranged in the water tank 1. A magnetic field generation means generating a magnetic field H is provided in the water tank and adsorption treatment is performed using the carbonized solid member, and a far infrared radiator of the carbonized solid member and an adsorption and water cluster decomposition process S2 for applying water cluster decomposition treatment for a predetermined time by a far infrared radiation means of the carbonized solid member and the magnetic field generated by a magnetic field generation means is provided.
