PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding proposal document with a mount, with which a customer can easily select the optimum commodity among a large number of commodities, the customer can memorize all the commodity proposals and charge guides explained by a salesperson and no claim develops between the customer and the salesperson. SOLUTION: This proposal document 1 with the mount consists of the mount 2 bent outside in or inside out or separated from the document and a proposal document 6 pasted to the rear surface 4 of the mount 2. In the proposal document 6, public relations parts 16 and 17 and an entry part 18 are arranged. The proposal document 1 is housed between the folded up mount 2 under the state being folded up.
