PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noise due to a collision between a turning tray member and a fixed tray member. SOLUTION: This breadmaker is provided with a body formed with an oven chamber, a pair of kneading drums provided in upper/lower parts in the oven chamber and normally/inversely rotating while holding upper/lower ends of a breadmaking mix bag respectively, the fixed tray member and the turning tray member mutually oppositely disposed so as to form a slit for letting the mix bag pass between the pair of kneading drums, the turning tray member formed with a plurality of connecting projections formed in the both side walls, and a tray holder member connected to the both side ends of the fixed tray member and the turning tray member to fix and support the fixed tray member, and formed with a plurality of guide grooves for receiving the connecting projections so as to rotationally support the turning tray member. Guide grooves disposed adjacent to the fixed tray member out of the plurality of guide grooves are formed with lock parts preventing the upward release of the connecting projections received in the guide grooves in turning of the turning tray member.
