PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scale-removing tool capable of performing the scale-removing work of fishes surely and in a good efficiency. SOLUTION: This scale-removing tool is provided by installing a hand grip 2, a folded back part 4 and a blade tip 8 installed as one unit with a projected part 6 which is a guiding surface of the scales, at the lower side of the tool. It is possible to perform the fish scale-removing work surely and in a good efficiency, and also perform the hygienic work without having the splash of scales. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
