PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the deformation or the rupture of a sample tube even under high centrifugal force and particularly to enable the use of a low cost sample tube. SOLUTION: A rotor 2B having housing holes 3 housing the sample tubes 4 is rotated at a high speed by a driving shaft 9. A cap contacting part 32 to face the outer circumferential surface of the cap 6 of each sample tube 4 is provided projectingly on an opening end of the housing hole 3.
