PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feeder of a sewing machine, preventing the occurrence of abrasion of a feed amount control mechanism of a sewing machine and having durability. SOLUTION: In the feeder of the sewing machine including a main feed control mechanism and a differential feed control mechanism, the transmission mechanism is composed of a main feed arm 31 mounted on a main feed shaft, a differential feed arm 32 mounted on a differential feed shaft, and a differential feed link 33 connected to the main feed arm and the differential feed arm. The differential feed control mechanism is connected to the differential feed link, slidably supported on the differential feed arm, and provided with a sliding member 51 connected in a designated position, a movable member 52 rotatably supported on the sliding member, and guide members 53, 54 for limiting the movement of the movable member so that the main feed shaft is aligned with the locus of rocking motion applied to the movable member.
