PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-cylinder simultaneous operation hand pump with one end hole allowing suction and discharge, having a water suction/discharge capacity twice that of a conventional hand pump having one valve per cylinder while offering short and compact construction. SOLUTION: A through-hole A is made in the center of an internal valve 4 of a cylinder pipe 5 and a center valve rod pipe 7 communicating therewith is joined at its rear screw joint portion 8 to an external pipe 6 in a sealed manner to form a linkable structure. A side through-hole B is made in the rear part of the center valve rod pipe 7 and a rubber plate valve E is adhered and secured to the rear part of the cylinder pipe 5 located on the inner diameter of the external pipe 6 to form a cylinder with a valve in the external pipe 6.
