<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a push-pull cap of which the opened/closed state can be easily visualized. <P>SOLUTION: This push-pull cap is equipped with a cap main body which is fixed and held to the mouth part of a container, an annular body which is integrally connected with the cap main body and has an opening communicating with the inside of the container, and a slide tip which places the container under an opened state when being pulled along the annular body and places the container under a closed state when being pushed down.
