ROLLING RING AND ROLLING ROLL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the life of a rolling ring and to reduce the cost of a rolling process by dissolving the nonnuniform stress distribution to the rolling ring by taper fitting and preventing the break of the rolling ring. SOLUTION: A rolling roll 10 is constituted by mounting a taper sleeve 12 on the inner periphery of which a taper surface 11 is provided to a taper shaft 2 which is rotated around the axial line O and mounting the rolling ring 14 on the outer periphery of the taper sleeve 12. The rolling ring 14 which is formed into an approximately cylindrical shape from a sintered hard alloy, on the outer peripheral surface 17 of which a rolling part 18 for rolling and forming the material to be rolled is provided and on the inner periphery of which the taper surface 19 is formed, is used as the rolling ring 14.
