<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material which has gas permeability, gas sealing properties, refrigerant resistance, low temperature properties and the like, and simultaneously has resistance to hydrofluoric acid and sulfuric acid present in the formed water to retain stabilized sealing properties over a long period for time. <P>SOLUTION: A heat curable fluororubber and a perfluoroether fluororubber are used, and thermal black is added thereto as a filler and a peroxide as the vulcanizing agent and triallyl isocyanate as a cocrosslinking agent are compounded therewith, and the resulting composition is processed into a predetermined shape and subjected to molding.
