PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to reduce the load on programmers for understanding semantic meaning of registers and relation between a large number of registers, to make it possible to unify the treatment of software objects and hardware objects, and to make it easy to change the software objects and hardware objects. SOLUTION: An interface is defined using an interface define language. The interface define language has a common part with an interface define language for a software object. The interface define language is provided with a means to declare a function name for each function and an argument and a return value for the function. A server interface circuit which realizes the interface is provided with a means to perform input of discriminating the function name described by the interface define language and input and output of the argument, and a means to input for discriminating at least the function name out of means to output the return value.
