<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus in which an electromagnetic interference is suppressed. <P>SOLUTION: An SG pattern 11a is provided around an outer-most layer of a printed circuit board 11 to connect the SG pattern 11a and a frame ground of a casing 31 by earth plates 21 so that an interval of connecting points becomes shorter than a prescribed interval determined from a wavelength of a signal. The earth plates are located on three sides except for one side where a connector mounting plate 25 is located, and the printed circuit board 11 is held between leaf spring-like contacts 21a.
