<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card wherein it is dynamically announced that a card is available to a card owner and a card system for functioning the card. <P>SOLUTION: This card system for operating a card is provided with a receiving means for receiving electromagnetic waves, sonic waves, or light beams, and for supplying a power, and an operating means for dynamically starting a card based on the power supplied by the receiving means.
