PURPOSE: A medicine dividing and packing device is provided to separately pack the medicine hand-divided in a unit for storing the medicine by rotating a plate for putting in and conveying the medicine so that the medicine is easily and continuously divided and packed, and to reduce the whole volume to be used in a small pharmacy or narrow place. CONSTITUTION: The dividing and packing device for a dose of tablets includes a diaphragm(4) positioned such that a hole(4a) is connected and penetrated onto a vertical upper side of a hopper(1); a support unit(5) in a ring-shape positioned in the diaphragm(4) with an opening(5a) on the vertical upper side of the hole(4a) of the diaphragm(4); a plate(7) for putting in and convey the medicine in a circle-shape which rotates by a motor(6) separately formed and which has a number of units(7a) for storing the medicine penetrated on an edge of the circumference; an opening and closing plate(8) positioned to be rotatable on the lower side of each unit(7a) for storing the medicine and to open and close the lower side of the unit(7a) on the plate(7) for putting in and convey the medicine; and a sensor separately positioned on the circumference of the plate(7) and the diaphragm(4) for sensing a rotation angle of the plate(7) to put in and convey the medicine.
