摘要 PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing Hyssopus officinalis L. beverage by extracting leaves of Hyssopus officinalis L. and then adding additives such as fructose, citric acid, vitamin C, calcium lactate or the like is provided. The manufactured beverage contains various physiologically active ingredients of Hyssop officinalis L. CONSTITUTION: Leaves of Hyssopus officinalis L. are extracted for 2 to 12hr at 50 to 110deg.C and then added with additives including 50 to 90g of high fructose syrup, 0.2 to 1.0g of citric acid, 0.1 to 0.6g of vitamin C, 0.5 to 2.5g calcium lactate, 0.02 to 0.08g of a sweetening agent and 0.25 to 1.00ml of a flavoring, based on 500ml of Hyssopus officinalis extract, wherein the extraction process is repeated 1 to 10 times.
