POWER TRANSMISSION UNIT OF CLUTCH-LESS COMPRESSOR

PURPOSE: A power transmission unit of a clutch-less compressor is provided to reduce number of components and manufacturing process of the power transmission unit to reduce manufacturing cost by integrally forming scroll-shaped rupture members on surfaces of a driving side rotary body and a slave side rotary body on which the driving side rotary body and the slave side rotary body contact with each other, and allowing the driving side rotary body and the slave side rotary body to be engaged with each other so as to transmit power of an engine to the compressor. CONSTITUTION: A power transmission unit(10) includes a driving side rotary body(20) receiving rotary power from an engine to rotate; a slave side rotary body(30) coupled to a rotary axis of a compressor; a first rupture member(24) protrusively formed on one side of the driving side rotary body in scroll shape; and a second rupture member(34) protrusively formed on one side of the slave side rotary body, and engaged with the first rupture member. The first rupture member is broken to cut off connection between the first rupture member and the second rupture member when load torque over set value is generated on the compressor.
