<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an envelope for a disc, which does neither pollute the disc, nor impair the appearance of the envelope, and the disc can be put in or taken out of smoothly, and to solve an environmental problem by using a biodegradable resin as a material of the envelope. <P>SOLUTION: The envelope for protecting the disc comprises two sheets, at least one of which is made of a polyester resin film virtually having a transparency, and the other one of which is made of a polyester resin thin foaming sheet or nonwoven cloth according to a need. The peripheral edges of both sheet, except the part forming an opening, are sealed with heat. Desirably, the above polyester resin is a biodegradable polyester resin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
