<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection apparatus for performing an IV inspection for a solar cell module and an insulation test in a short period of time simply with ease. <P>SOLUTION: The solar cell module inspection apparatus is configured such that a current meter 22 and a DC current source 21 are connected in series between + and - terminals of a solar cell module 1, and a volt meter 23 is connected in parallel. A voltage is measured when a predetermined current is injected oppositely to the direction of polarization generated by a solar cell. The apparatus is further configured such that the injected current is above a level 2 but below a level 10, and it comprises an IV inspection apparatus 11 of a solar cell module for determination based upon the voltage upon the current inspection whether or not the solar cell module 1 is good, an insulation testing unit 12 for a solar cell module, and a switching means for switching the IV inspection apparatus and the insulation testing unit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
