PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber reinforced structure reinforced by a resin member without the aid of an adhesive. SOLUTION: The rubber reinforced structure comprises a composite member composed of the resin member constituting a tire and a rubber member bonded directly thereto. The composite member is obtained by putting the resin member in contact with a non-vulcanized rubber composition and vulcanizing a non-vulcanized rubber in the following combination: (i) the combination of the rubber composition containing a radical generator with the resin composition containing a thermoplastic resin having at least averagely two active atoms (hydrogen atoms or sulfur atoms) with an orbit mutually operating energy coefficient S of 0.006 or greater in one molecule, (ii) the combination of the rubber composition containing a sulfur vulcanizer or the radical generator with the resin composition containing a resin selected from the thermoplastic resin and a resin having cross-linkable radicals, or (iii) the combination of a styrene-diene rubber composition containing the sulfur vulcanizer or the rubber composition containing the radical generator with the resin composition containing a polyphenylene ether resin.
