摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the occurrence rate of defective products in a process for forming a solid electrolytic layer on an anode chip without decreasing the capacity of a capacitor element 1 comprising the anode chip 2 composed of sintered powder of a valve action metal, an anode wire 3 fixed to one end face 2a of the anode chip 2, and a cathode side electrode film 4 formed on the anode chip 2 with a dielectric film and a solid electrolytic layer as bases while obtaining a small and light-weight capacitor element. SOLUTION: The capacitor element comprises an anode chip 2 composed of sintered powder of a valve action metal, the anode wire 3 fixed to one end face of the anode chip, and the cathode-side electrode film formed on the anode chip with dielectric film and solid elecytrolytic layer as the bases. A ring 14 made of a thermoplastic synthetic resin having water repellency is fixed to cover the anode wire 3 and the ring 14 is pressed against the one end face 2a of the anode chip 2 by strips E1 and E2 so as to be thinned in a heat molten state.
