CONTRACT DOCUMENT STORAGE DEVICE AND SYSTEM AND ITS METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To store digital contract documents while guaranteeing the conclusion and cancellation of the contracts.

SOLUTION: This system comprises a contract application client 200 that transmits contract application information to a contract acceptance server via a network and receives contract document information from the contract acceptance server; the contract acceptance server 210 that receives the application information from the client 200 via the network, creates contract document information based on the contract application information and transmits it to the client; and a contract document storage server 230 that acquires communication messages between the client 200 and the server 210, affixes digital signatures to the messages, and stores the messages and the digital signatures.
