PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To judge whether or not mobile electronic equipment is once immersed in water from the outside of the equipment without investigating the inside of the equipment. SOLUTION: An ink seal 4 coated with an ink to be changed when be immersed in water is stuck on a required position of equipment 1.
