PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical collimator component which is smaller-sized and has higher performance than before and an optical device structure using the same. SOLUTION: The optical collimator component 10 has a substrate 11 having a plurality of V grooves 11b arranged in parallel, a plurality of partially spherical lenses 12 which are made of glass and each have a light-transmitting spherical surface part as a spherical surface having the substantially the same center P of curvature and that an optical path passes through, a support spherical surface part having the substantially the center of curvature, and a plane part parallel to the optical axis, and a capillary 14 which has a support cylindrical surface 14c at its outer circumference, an optical fiber inserted into an internal hole 14a, and plane parts 14c and 14d; and the partially spherical lenses 12 are fixed in the V grooves 11b on the substrate to have the light-transmitting spherical surfaces arranged in parallel at specified pitch and the capillary 14 is fixed in a V groove 11b so that an optical fiber end surface 13a is positioned at a focus position±40μm of the partially spherical lenses 12.
