PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging box which can be easily set up as a returnable box or the like without using a staple, an adhesive tape or the like, can surely withstand the weight of contents, and thus can be set up and folded without degrading flaps for closing the top and the bottom. SOLUTION: The packaging box has adjacent first flaps 6, 6, 8 and 8 and second flaps 7, 7, 9 and 9 which are connected via creases. The box is also equipped with tab-like protrusions 8 to 11 at the center of the first flaps 6, 6, 8 and 8 and the second flaps 7, 7, 9 and 9. Creases 12 and 13 are provided, which can fold a blank by 180°from corners on both sides of the base of at least one of the protrusions 8 to 11 of the first flaps 6, 6, 8 and 8 and second flaps 7, 7, 9 and 9 to the intersections of the creases with the flaps 4 to 7 and side panels 1 and 1 and/or end panels 2 and 2.
