PURPOSE: A method for transmitting a short message when the line is busy is provided to inform a caller of information on a receiver who is on the line by transmitting a short message if the caller makes a call to the receiver, thereby preventing the caller from repeatedly calling the receiver. CONSTITUTION: A system stores a telephone number of a caller. The system stores a telephone number of a receiver, and stores a called ID of the receiver. The system decides whether a call is generated from the third party while the line is busy. If so, the system compares a telephone number of the third party with the stored telephone number of the caller. If so, the system decides whether an alarm function is set. If so, the system transmits information on a current caller to the third party. |
