PURPOSE: A method for certifying an individual on the Internet, and the method and a system for loan using the same are provided to give the loan to a user directly by confirming the user in real-time through a web scraping method. CONSTITUTION: A loan server(104) includes a web server(106) providing a loan service through the Internet, an individual certification server(108) certifying the user connecting to the web server, a database(112) storing the user information, and a database manager(110) managing the database. A user terminal(102) transmits an individual certification request and a loan request by connecting to the loan server, and receives a result from the loan server. An individual information provider server(114) provides the individual information. An employment information provider server(122) provides the employment state information. A bank information provider server(120) provides the information for a bank account. A cellular phone information provider server(116) provides the cellular phone information. A credit card information provider server(118) provides the credit card information.
