FIELD: electrical engineering; electromechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: electrical machine assembly process boils down to rotor installation in stator frame. One of rotor ends is mounted in first end-shield bearing and other one is fixed to alignment shank whose extension is passed through second end-shield bearing until it comes in contact with movable support mounted opposite rotor shaft on thrust wall. Rotor is inserted in stator bore at the same time shifting aside support that restricts its movement. EFFECT: enhanced reliability due to preventing damage to stator and rotor during assembly. 2 cl 1 dwg |
