COOLING AND HEATING SYSTEM USING HYDROGEN STORAGE ALLOY AND CONTROL METHOD OF THE SAME

PURPOSE: A cooling and heating system using hydrogen storage alloy and a control method of the same are provided to allow heated air or cooled air to be smoothly discharged into a room or to the outdoors without leakage. CONSTITUTION: A cooling and heating system includes a housing(100) having air inlets(111,112) and air outlets(121,122); a pair of reactors(210,220) mounted in the housing to face each other, and charged with hydrogen storage alloy; a hydrogen channel tube(300) having one end connected to one of the reactors and the other end connected with the other of the reactors; a pumping unit(400) connected to the hydrogen channel tube to forcibly feed hydrogen to each of the reactors; a blowing unit(500) forcibly blowing air flowing in the housing to pass the reactors; an air flowing guiding unit placed in a space between the reactors to determine flowing direction of air having passed the reactors and exchanged heat; and a working degree reading unit mounted on a working path of the air flowing guiding unit to read working state of the air flowing guiding unit.
