PURPOSE: A method for an authentication intermediation of a member service is provided to enable a user who is a member of a server which supplies a service to perform a log-in process to the server easily by inputting an ID and a password when the user wants to use the service using a wireless terminal. CONSTITUTION: A virtual password created after receiving a service use request of a user who wants to receive a service in a server is received from the server with a member ID of the user(104). Personal information including a mobile telephone number of the user is received from the user through the Internet and inquired to a wireless communication system(108). If the personal information is accurate, an authentication number is created and transmitted to a wireless terminal of the user, and the user presents the authentication number again through the Internet(112,114). If the authentication number is accurate, a service use authentication completion is informed to the server, and the mobile telephone number, the member ID, and the virtual ID of the user are stored in the server and a storage(116,118,120).
