<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a record distribution support system by which the actual number of attendees of a conference is exactly grasped. <P>SOLUTION: A sensor senses entrance of a human (S11). A management server starts a conference attendee recognition program (S12) and transmits an equipment ID data detection instruction command to the sensor (S13). The sensor senses an equipment ID (S14). The management server reads an equipment ID list (S15), collates the equipment ID with an equipment ID detection result and specifies an employee number (S16). A scheduled attendee list of a conference is read (S17) and whether or not the employee number exists in the list is judged (S18). When the employee number exists, presence/absence of existence of entrance history is judged (S19). When no history exists (S19:N), the management server acquires record data (S20) and transmits the data to a printer.
