发明名称 LIQUID DROPLET DISCHARGING ACTUATOR
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-reliability discharging head by a manufacturing process of evenly forming an organic liquid contact film with ink resistant properties to a discharging chamber substrate surface and forming a sheet of a low residual stress in a liquid droplet discharging actuator of an ink jet recording head. SOLUTION: The actuator has a plurality of independent pressure chambers 6 communicating with nozzle holes 4, a diaphragm 5 which is electrically deformed on one wall of the pressure chambers, a diaphragm driving means 30, and an ink cavity 8 for supplying ink to a discharging chamber. The actuator discharges ink from nozzle holes to a recording element by applying pulse to the driving means and raising the pressure of the discharging chamber by the diaphragm. A composite film with ink receptive particles scattered in an ink resistant organic film is formed on a surface of the substrate of the pressure chambers for applying a pressure to a liquid and on a surface of the diaphragm which forms the pressure chambers.
