PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a deviation avoiding control considering the environment in which a driver is in or the conscious of the driver.

SOLUTION: A brake power controller 100 has a traveling state detection part 101 for detecting the traveling state of a vehicle; a deviation determination part 102 for determining the deviating tendency of the vehicle from a traveling road from the traveling state detected by the detection part 101; and a deviation preventive control part 103 for controlling the vehicle in the direction of avoiding the deviation according to the control content, when it is detected by the deviation determination part 102 that the vehicle is deviated or to be deviated from the traveling road. The deviation preventive control part 103 and a control start timing correction part 104 control the vehicle behavior according to the deviating direction of the vehicle based on the deviation tendency obtained by the deviation determination part 102 to differ the control content according to the position of the driver.
