PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition having good transparency, good tear strength, and good balance between the rigidity and the impact strength, excellent in the balance between the heat sealability at a low temperature and the rigidity, and having both good hot tack strength when heat-sealed at a low temperature and good hot tack strength when heat-sealed at a high temperature, and a film.
