PURPOSE: To provide an objective lens unit for an optical pickup which realizes a high numerical aperture even when plastic is used as a base material and a short-wavelength light source is applied, correction of color or temperature characteristic aberration, recording/reproduction on a plurality of optical information recording media, easy manufacturing to reduce costs, and high use rate of laser beams, and to provide an optical pickup device equipped with the same and an optical information recording/reproducing device. CONSTITUTION: In the optical pickup device 3, the objective lens unit 1 used for condensing luminous fluxes L1 to L3 on the information recording surfaces M1r to M3r of optical information recording media M1 to M3 is provided with a first optical element B having a condensing function, and a second optical element A having almost no condensing function but a correction function for correcting the aberration of the first optical element B.
