PURPOSE: A joiner assembling structure of a floor plate for a building is provided to improve work efficiency by promote the convenience on construction, to prevent the error in use by stabilizing the coupling state of a joiner, and to cut down manufacturing costs by preventing the waste of materials for a joiner. CONSTITUTION: The joiner assembling structure of a floor plate for a building is completed by coupling an elastic joiner(20) on an edge(14) of a floor plate(10), which contains an upper plate(12) attached with a finishing member(11) and a lower plate(13) joined to the lower end of the upper plate(12). Wherein the joiner(20) is formed by spouting resins on the upper, lateral and lower sides of the edge(14) of the floor plate(10) while locating the floor plate(10) in an insert mold to be unified with the edge(14) of the floor plate(10).
