PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toy in which a magnet is vibrated at a high speed through an AC magnetic field to attract a person's attention by its movement and a function as a bulletin board is raised by attracting his interest. SOLUTION: One or several pasting bodies, in which granular permanent magnet bodies are enclosed within a transparent compartment, are placed on the surface of a bulletin indication board of a certain size, a combination bulletin board and magnetic toy is composed by placing an AC actuated electromagnet in positions corresponding to the pasting bodies on the back of the bulletin indication board. Also, a means giving a size in which the movement of the permanent magnet body within the compartment is regulated by making the size of the compartment slightly larger than that of the permanent magnet body, and a means giving a size in which the permanent magnet body can freely turn reversely within the compartment by making the size of the compartment much larger than that of the permanent magnet body, are adopted. On the other hand, a means in which the bulletin indication board can be inserted in and removed from a frame prepared in a substrate, and a means in which the bulletin indication board comprises an indication board and a transparent covering plate for covering the indication board, are adopted.
