摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an AC power supply device of high quality and high efficiency at a low price by harmonizing an AC power supply device using a power amplifier, and an AC power supply device using a switching inverter while developing strong points of both the devices. <P>SOLUTION: The AC power supply device is constituted of the switching inverter controlled by a common AC-voltage generating reference signal and the power inverter. In the power supply device, a DC offset voltage is superposed to an AC voltage output of the switching inverter that is an AC-voltage generating means, the superposed DC offset voltage is outputted to a load via the power amplifier that is operated by the DC offset voltage as a power supply, an output signal of a power loss amount in a power amplifying step in the power amplifier is outputted to the switching inverter as a negative feedback-control signal, and the switching inverter is subjected to control using the sum of the output signal and the AC-voltage generating reference signal, thus obtaining the AC power supply device of high quality and high efficiency. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
