SYSTEM, APPARATUS, METHOD, AND PROGRAM FOR CLINICAL EXAMINATION DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clinical examination document management system which can distribute a document format for entering inspection results etc., of clinical examinations to medical facilities in a non-bulky state.

SOLUTION: The clinical examination document management system registers a document form file for entering acquired data of clinical examinations to a terminal computer 21 of a medical facility 2 from a server computer 11 of a clinical examination management organization 1. The server computer 11 registers files by each examination schedule point of time of examinees to the terminal computer 21. An opening report indicating that a file is opened is received from the terminal computer 21 and when the examination schedule point of time of the file whose opening report is received is not in a specified period from the day, error information is transmitted to the terminal computer 21. After the error information transmission, information regarding the file and information showing that the file is opened not at the examination schedule point of time are received.
