PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil device for induction heating hard to generate such a trouble as wire breakage or electric contact with surrounding devices in the course of a manufacturing process or conveyance prior to the connection of the coil device to a coil driving circuit. SOLUTION: The coil device is composed by putting an induction heating coil 1 generating a high-frequency magnetic field on a coil stand 2. A coil terminal 4 is mounted at the end of a lead wire 3 of the coil 1. A nut receiving concave 18 is formed on the upper surface of the coil stand 2, and a common nut 19 for screwing the coil terminal 4 to a circuit terminal 14 connecting the coil 1 to a coil driving circuit one upon the other is mounted to the nut receiving concave 18. Further, a terminal receiving concave 20 is formed on the upper surface of the coil stand 2, and the coil terminal 4 is fitted to the terminal receiving concave 20 so as to lie upon the nut 19. The coil terminal 4 is covered with a pressing plate 22 fixed to the coil stand 2 by a tapping screw 21, and fixed to the coil stand 2a by a mounting screw 23 which is inserted into an insertion hole 22a of the pressing plate 22 and screwed into the nut 19.
