This invention relates to measuring and stimulating device using electrical signals. The measuring and stimulating device comprises at least two conductive members made of material having electrical conductivity, a connection member for transferring the relevant electrical signal to each of the at least two conductive members, and a control unit for transmitting a test electrical signal to the at least two conductive members, receiving measured electrical signals corresponding to the test electrical signal from the at least two conductive members, and transmitting a body electrical signal to the at least two conductive members. |
