<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support aid device and its control method and its program capable of efficiently and properly supporting replies to inquire from users. <P>SOLUTION: An area database 106 is stored to manage agency information related with a plurality of agencies for carrying out the acting of the repair of equipment. A support aid program 102 inputs user information related with a user, and refers to an area database 106 based on the inputted user information, and decides the agency which is the closest to the user.
