FIELD: medicine, manual therapy. SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with preventing and treating affected functions and deformations of motor system in persons dealing with ball dances. Trainings and performances should be carried out by applying shoes with flexible sole to exclude the feeling about uneven surface of the floor, its heels being not higher than 6 mm, with tough arch support with bordering rim and bandage being not below the level of ankles. After trainings it is necessary to conduct relaxation massage for iliac, rear surface of a foot, anterior surface of shin, peristaltic massage in area of tibial crest, relaxation massage at stretching gastrocnemius muscle. One should remove functional blocks in metatarsophalangeal joints, then - in Chopart's joint due to mobilization derotation technique without application of manipulations, mobilization of Lisfanc's joint due to multiple pressure upon sole area of navicular bone with highly elastic spherical ball its radius being equal to that of the second beam of longitudinal arch and power being equal to a half of patient's body weight. Toning up massage is carried out of external sole surface followed by massage of sole surface similar to zipper-type fastening. Then it is necessary to remove functional blocks in sacroiliac articulation, carry out automobilization of lumboiliac, external oblique muscles of abdomen at subsequent their training in burdening mode up to leveling the power of synergists. The present innovation prevents development of foot deformation, provides symmetry nature of inferior limbs' length and provides vertebral growth without deviations of physiological curvatures.
