PURPOSE: A water-cooled soft cooling jacket of an electronic device and a buffer jacket using the same are provided to enhance the efficiency of heat transfer by improving a cohesive characteristic between the water-cooled soft cooling jacket and a heating element. CONSTITUTION: A water-cooled soft cooling jacket of an electronic device includes a pocket-shaped body(10), a refrigerant inflow tube(21), and a refrigerant outflow tube(22). The pocket-shaped body(10) is used for storing a refrigerant. The pocket-shaped body(10) is close to various types of heating elements. The pocket-shaped body(10) is formed with a soft elastic material, which is changed by the external pressure. The refrigerant inflow tube(21) and the refrigerant outflow tube(22) are installed at one side of the pocket-shaped body(10) in order to circulate the refrigerant.
