PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information appropriating an activity range of a user even when there is a boundary line limiting an information range to one area such as in a single area type local information site, and to facilitate acquisition of necessary local information from many pieces of information and show identity or characteristics of each area even in a wide area unitary management type local information site. SOLUTION: A program providing automatic sharing of update information and retrieval data is loaded in geographically adjacent single area type local information sites having different operation forms.
