PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight electrophotographic transfer paper having coating layers formed on both the surfaces of a base material and having high white paper luster, which causes no travel trouble in a full-color copying machine machine etc., even when used for the full-color copying machine, and with which an image of high picture quality with superior image contrast can be obtained, and to provide a full-color image forming method. SOLUTION: Disclosed is the electrophotographic transfer paper having the coating layers as image receiving surfaces on both the surfaces of the base material, the basis weight being 40 to 100 g/m<SP>2</SP>, the white paper luster percentage≥45%, the smoothness 200 to 4,000 seconds, and the CD bending hardness 0.40 to 2.50 (mN m).
