<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic synchronizer monitoring system which monitors synchronously applying timing of a generator to a power system, which can early discover an aging mistake and which facilitates data processing at an inspecting time. <P>SOLUTION: The automatic synchronizer monitoring system synthesizes a system voltage V<SB>L</SB>and a generator voltage V<SB>G</SB>, inputs a beat voltage corresponding to their phase difference, and calculates a phase angle from the input value by a phase angle calculating means 19. The system also latches the phase angle calculated by the phase angle calculating means 19 by phase angle extracting means 20, 21, respectively when an input command signal #25B to a generator breaker and an input signal #52G-ONX of the same breaker are input, and extracts them as an input command time phase angle ▵θ1 and an input time phase angle ▵θ2. The system determines whether the input time phase angle falls within an allowed value or not by a determining means 27, and outputs an alarm signal if the input time phase angle is out of the allowed value. Further, the system measures a time from the input command signal inputting time of the generator breaker to the input signal inputting time as an advancing time T by an advancing time measuring means 30. A behavior of each part when the generator is input in the power system can be instantaneously grasped and analyzed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
